As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, design & sales teams to build and ship AI-native product experiences that directly impact revenue workflows. This is a customer-facing role with strong exposure to pre-sales, solutioning, and real-world deal execution scenarios.

Responsibilities

Partner with engineering and design teams to build and iterate on AI-native product features across the deal lifecycle

Work closely with sales teams as solutions expert to understand customer requirements, shape product narratives, and support solutioning for deals

Run live product demos, technical discovery calls, and solution scoping sessions with prospects and customers

Translate customer use cases, deal scenarios, and feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, and feature enhancements

Own end-to-end execution of features - from discovery and scoping to launch and iteration

Leverage product analytics, user behavior, and feedback loops to continuously improve product performance and usability

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth product rollouts and strong adoption across customers

Build and maintain competitive intelligence on adjacent tools, and translate positioning gaps into product roadmap priorities
Requirements

Master’s in Business Administration or related field

6+ years within the B2B SaaS industry, with a track record of launching successful AI products and driving growth in early-stage startups

Hands-on experience working on AI-native products (LLMs, agents, automation workflows)

Strong exposure to customer-facing roles, including working with sales, running demos, solution scoping sessions with enterprise buyers

Technical fluency: comfort working with APIs, integrations, data models (CRM schemas, SSO/SCIM), and understanding how LLM pipelines and agentic workflows operate under the hood

Comfort with rapid prototyping and vibe coding, using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Replit) to quickly build functional prototypes, internal tools, or proof-of-concept workflows without relying on engineering resources
