Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads and opportunities.

  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads as sales opportunities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by follow-ups on initial contacts and nurture long-term prospects

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. Share insights and feedback from client interactions to help refine sales tactics and product development

  • Maintain a well-organized, updated pipeline of prospects and current clients in CRM and other prospecting tools

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of proven experience in SaaS outbound sales in North America market

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs

  • Proficiency in CRM, prospecting software

  • Familiarity with different outbound sales techniques and pipeline management

  • Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work in the US time zone
