  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market demands

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation and growth opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and solutions

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions

  • Build and mentor a high-performing product and design team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to create detailed product specifications, wireframes, and prototypes

  • Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing user behavior, market trends, and customer feedback to iteratively improve the product


  • Master’s in Business Administration or related field

  • 12+ years within the B2B SaaS industry, with a track record of launching successful products and driving growth in early-stage startups

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, market dynamics, and product development methodologies

  • Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and delivering customer-centric products to market

  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across teams

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of product analytics and metrics
