Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market demands

Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation and growth opportunities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, customer success) to drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and solutions

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions

Build and mentor a high-performing product and design team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to create detailed product specifications, wireframes, and prototypes

Requirements:

Master’s in Business Administration or related field

15+ years within the B2B SaaS industry, with a track record of launching successful AI products and driving growth in early-stage startups

Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and delivering customer-centric products to market

Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across teams

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of product analytics and metrics
