Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and visually engaging user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Stay updated with latest frontend technology trends and Identify areas where existing code can be optimized and suggest improvements
• Drive technical excellence through active participation in architecture discussions, code reviews, and decision-making processes
• Optimize application performance by employing advanced techniques to enhance user experience
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend projects and manage third party libraries 
• Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout their career growth within the organization
• Participate in recruitment efforts, helping to identify top talent and retaining them

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 10+ years of experience in developing cross-browser, elegant and efficient SaaS applications
• Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), including knowledge of closures, prototypes, and async programming, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (Redux, Flux)
• Hands-on experience in build tools like Webpack and testing tools like Enzyme
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and experience working with performance test frameworks viz. Mocha or Jest
• Excellent understanding of UI principles and ability to create clean, maintainable code
• Prior experience of building browser extensions and utilizing service workers and browser APIs
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams
