As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow our team by finding and attracting top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities:

  • Drive the  end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience

  • Collaborate with leadership & hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing and hiring strategies

  • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline effectively

  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent, from AI, SaaS and startup ecosystems

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition for startups, preferably SaaS domain

  • Proven expertise in hiring for technical roles and non-technical roles for all levels from Engineers to Heads and VPs

  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using various platforms like Linkedin, job boards

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Self-starter attitude with a bias for action and ownership

  • Passion for startups, tech, and hiring top talent
