Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing engineering team - NLP, backend, frontend, DevOps & QA

• Drive the development of enterprise-grade SaaS solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, customer success teams, to build robust solutions

• Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization

• Oversee cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability on AWS/Azure/GCP

• Drive key architectural decisions and conduct technical reviews, ensuring the long-term scalability, security, and efficiency of the system

• Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit) to accelerate engineering workflows and enhance team productivity

• Hire, build, and retain a world-class engineering team, ensuring continuous growth and development

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in B2B SaaS product development, including security, performance optimization, and enterprise integrations

• Strong experience in backend and frontend technologies and frameworks such as Python, Java, Spring Boot, React, Cloud

• Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit) to accelerate engineering workflows and boost team productivity

• Experience in hiring and managing high-performing engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence and collaboration

• Expertise in designing and scaling microservices-based architectures on cloud

• Strong knowledge of API design, database management (SQL and NoSQL), and distributed systems

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
