We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who can build and scale a fully automation-led testing approach across our product. You will take end-to-end ownership of our automation strategy, frameworks, and execution, ensuring we ship stable, high-quality releases at high velocity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks and test cases for UI, API, and end-to-end testing using modern automation tools.

• Design comprehensive test strategies that prioritize high-risk, real-world user journeys over simple happy-path testing.

• Develop testing approaches for NLP and LLM-based features, including strategies to validate non-deterministic outputs.

• Work closely with AI technologies to auto-generate test cases, accelerate automation scripting, and drive a high-velocity, low-manual testing culture.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams early in the development cycle to ensure testability, influence design, and prevent defects.

• Automate regression, integration, and functional suites to ensure rapid, reliable releases, while owning the defect lifecycle.

• Proactively expand the testing scope to include performance, load, and security testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

• 4+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation (UI + API).

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript (or strong skills in Java/Python with willingness to switch).

• Deep experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar automation tools.

• Strong experience in API testing and automation (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).

• Product-first mindset: ability to validate usability and business value, not just functional correctness.

• Hands-on experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development.

• Experience testing AI/NLP applications (LLMs, RAG, etc.) is a strong advantage.

• Exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure, performance testing, and load testing tools is a plus.

• Self-starter mindset: comfortable owning automation end-to-end and driving a low-manual, high-automation QA culture
