As a QA Engineer, you will lead end-to-end product quality efforts to ensure bug free product releases. You will spearhead new initiatives to enhance both product quality and testing processes, maintaining thorough test documentation and introducing automation when applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive test plan that outlines the scope, objectives, and testing strategy for our AI product

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers, to identify and address quality issues throughout the software development lifecycle

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies

• Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing

• Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality deliverables

• Actively participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability, quality, and best practices

• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies, implementing best practices and innovative testing techniques

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new approaches to software quality assurance, with a focus on AI tool testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field 

• 4+ years of experience, primarily with B2B SaaS products, with hands-on expertise in both manual and automation testing

• Proficiency in test automation (with tools such as, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and API testing and concepts

• Experience with Agile, Git, and cloud platforms (preferred)

• Experience testing AI applications and using AI testing tools (preferred).

• Ability to create test plans, execute tests, and report defects effectively

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
