Responsibilities:

Execute creative campaigns across email, social media, landing pages, and events to generate MQLs

Write compelling copy for emails, ads, landing pages, social channels, and communities to drive conversions

Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and email health management

Coordinate campaign execution with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Design) from campaign launch to lead hand-off

Support event marketing activities - both online (Webinars, Podcasts) and offline (Conferences, Dinners, etc.)

Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on engagement, leads, and conversions

Identify opportunities to automate marketing workflows using AI tools to conduct efficient campaigns

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new marketing channels
Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in demand generation, majorly with a SaaS startup preferably in AI, SalesTech
-
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, SmartLead, and Apollo)

Strong copywriting and content creation skills for marketing campaigns

Experience with communities (Reddit, Pavilion, PSC), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X) for B2B demand generation

Understanding of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing across ads and landing pages

Analytical mindset with the ability to report campaign results and insights

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple projects at once
