Responsibilities

  • Execute creative campaigns across email, social media, landing pages, and events to generate MQLs

  • Write compelling copy for emails, ads, landing pages, social channels, and communities to drive conversions

  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and email health management

  • Coordinate campaign execution with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Design) from campaign launch to lead hand-off

  • Support event marketing activities - both online (Webinars, Podcasts) and offline (Conferences, Dinners, etc.)

  • Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on engagement, leads, and conversions

  • Identify opportunities to automate marketing workflows using AI tools to conduct efficient campaigns

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new marketing channels

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, majorly with a SaaS startup preferably in AI, SalesTech

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, SmartLead, and Apollo)

  • Ability to use Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to create and run marketing workflows

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills for marketing campaigns

  • Experience with communities (Reddit, Quora, Pavilion), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X) for B2B demand generation

  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing across ads and landing pages

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to report campaign results and insights

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple projects at once
